Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, which spans four floors and offers ample amenities for a comfortable stay. The villa features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Bedroom 1, located on the second floor, comes with a private bathroom. The second floor also houses a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The third floor includes a working space, one bedroom with a private bathroom, and another bedroom with a shared bathroom. Enjoy the rooftop with sun beds and stunning sea views. Car parking is available for guests.

We apply some additional charges to comply with our rental regulations as follows:

• Electricity is billed at 7 baht in cash before departure. Various clients have different rates, with some paying 500 baht per day and others contributing 1,500 baht for heavy usage. It’s important to note that we don’t profit from electricity; these charges are remitted directly to the government. Additionally, the meter is checked upon check-in and again upon check-out to ensure accurate billing.

• Security Deposit: A 5,000 Thai baht security deposit will be collected at check in and will be refundable at check out. Any damages to the property during the guest stay, the damaged items shall be repaired or replaced at the Guest’s expense and will be taken from the security deposit
