Guests will have exclusive access to the entirety of this luxurious 3-bedroom villa, ensuring a private and serene stay. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed into a spacious living area, fully equipped with modern amenities for comfort and entertainment. Each bedroom, adorned with king-size beds and private en-suites, offers an intimate retreat with stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

The heart of the villa, a fully equipped kitchen, is at your disposal for culinary exploration, from morning coffee to gourmet dinners. Outside, the expansive swimming pool area invites relaxation and leisure, set within beautifully landscaped gardens that ensure privacy and tranquility.

For convenience, guests will also have access to secure parking on the premises, along with high-speed internet throughout the villa. We apply some additional charges to comply with our rental regulations as follows:

• Electricity Usage : Charged at 7 baht a unit. Meter readings will be recorded on arrival and departure dates. Payment shall be settled in cash before check-out. The cost per day will depend on how much you use the air conditioners, if you only use at night the approximate cost will be around 500baht per day, if you use them all day & night the cost will be around 500-1000 baht per day

• Security Deposit: A 5,000 Thai baht security deposit will be collected at check in and will be refundable at check out. Any damages to the property during the guest stay, the damaged items shall be repaired or replaced at the Guest’s expense and will be taken from the security deposit.
