By booking this villa you agree to this waiver, I, the renter, agree to leave a 5,000 Thai Baht deposit and passport as security for using the motorbike provided at the villa. I acknowledge the risks involved in riding the motorbike and agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with local laws. I hereby release the management company from any liability for injuries or damages I may incur while using the motorbike. I understand that the deposit will be returned upon the safe return of the motorbike without damages. I agree to sign a waiver before I take the motorbike

* Electricity*

• Electricity is billed at 7 baht in cash before departure. Various clients have different rates, with some paying 500 baht per day and others contributing 1,500 baht for heavy usage. It’s important to note that we don’t profit from electricity; these charges are remitted directly to the government. Additionally, the meter is checked upon check-in and again upon check-out to ensure accurate billing.
