✔️ Transparency Guaranteed: We do not profit from electricity charges—these payments go directly to the government. The meter will be checked upon check-in and check-out to ensure accurate billing.
🔒 Security Deposit – A 2,000 THB refundable deposit will be collected at check-in. Any damages during your stay will be deducted from the deposit to cover repairs or replacements.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors – Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A fine of 10,000 THB will be charged for violations.
🔑 Lost Keys – A 2,000 THB fee applies for lost or unreturned keys.
🚽 Important Bathroom Guidelines – Please avoid flushing tissue paper or sanitary pads down the toilet to prevent clogging. A fine of 5,000 THB will be charged for plumbing issues caused by improper disposal.
