We apply some additional charges to comply with our rental regulations as follows:

• Electricity is billed at 8 THB/kilowatt in cash before departure. Meter readings will be recorded on arrival and departure dates. Payment shall be settled in cash before check-out. The cost per day will depend on how much you use the air conditioners, if you only use at night the approximate cost will be around 500 THB per day, if you use them all day & night the cost will be around 500-1000 THB per day.

*** It’s important to note that we don’t profit from electricity; these charges are remitted directly to the government. Additionally, the meter is checked upon check-in and again upon check-out to ensure accurate billing.

• Security Deposit: A 5,000 THB security deposit will be collected at check in and will be refundable at check out. Any damages to the property during the guest stay, the damaged items shall be repaired or replaced at the Guest’s expense and will be taken from the security deposit

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of 10,000 THB will be imposed for violations.

• Lost Keys: If the keys are lost or not returned, a fine of 2,000 THB will be charged.

***Important bathroom tips!* Please do not flush tissue paper or sanitary pads down the toilet. Doing so may cause the toilet to clog and you will be liable for a fine of 5,000 THB. Let’s make everything smooth and avoid unnecessary expenses .

For just 1,200 THB, our trusted driver will greet you at arrivals with a sign displaying your name. Our drivers are familiar with all our villas, ensuring you won’t get lost on the way.
