Guest Access:
– During your stay at our 3-bedroom villa, you will have exclusive access to all of its amenities and facilities.
– Relax and soak in the stunning surroundings from not one but two private terraces that offer panoramic views of the sea and lush greenery.
– Unleash your culinary skills or simply prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample workspace.

We apply some additional charges to comply with our rental regulations as follows:

• Electricity Usage : Charged at 7 baht a unit. Meter readings will be recorded on arrival and departure dates. Payment shall be settled in cash before check-out. The cost per day will depend on how much you use the air conditioners, if you only use at night the approximate cost will be around 300-350 baht per day, if you use them all day & night the cost will be around 500-600 baht per day

• Security Deposit : A 5,000 Thai baht security deposit will be collected at check in and will be refundable at check out. Any damages to the property during the guest stay, the damaged items shall be repaired or replaced at the Guest’s expense and will be taken from the security deposit.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we include complimentary cleaning services every 5 days. Should you require additional housekeeping, we offer full cleaning services for THB 1,500 and full cleaning with bed linen changes for THB 2,000.
