We apply some additional charges to comply with our rental regulations as follows:

• Electricity Usage : Charged at 6 baht a unit. Meter readings will be recorded on arrival and departure dates. Payment shall be settled in cash before check-out.

• Travel with pets: A security deposit of 10,000 baht for small pets is required and a deduction of 2,000 baht will be withdrawn from this deposit for a deep cleaning fee. Any damages to the property due to the guest traveling with pets, the damaged items shall be repaired or replaced at the Guest’s expense and will be taken from the security deposit.
