Guest access
At AP Grand Residence, guest access is designed for convenience and security. When you arrive, you’ll enter through the main gate, which is monitored by 24-hour security. Parking is available within the complex for guests with vehicles.
Your townhouse key will grant access to the communal areas, including the large free-form swimming pool, gym, sauna, and landscaped gardens. You’ll also have access to a private terrace for personal use, ideal for sunbathing or alfresco dining.
Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival, and our on-site management team is available to assist you with any questions or additional requests during your stay. Enjoy your time at AP Grand Residence, knowing that everything you need is within easy reach.

Enhanced Amenities for Your Comfort
To ensure your stay is both comfortable and convenient, we are pleased to offer the following enhanced amenities:
Electricity Usage: A deposit of THB 5,000 will be required in cash upon arrival. Electricity is charged at THB 7 per unit. Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay. Please note, we do not profit from this; all payments go directly to the government.
Extra Bed: To accommodate an additional guest, an extra bed can be provided at a cost of THB 1,000 per stay. This includes transportation and all bedding necessities.
Baby Cot: For our youngest guests, a comfortable cot is available for THB 500 per stay.
High Chair: High chairs are available for THB 200 per day to facilitate family dining.
Pushchairs: For ease of exploring, pushchairs can be rented for THB 300 per day.
Housekeeping Services
Complimentary Cleaning: Complimentary cleaning services are provided every 5 days to maintain the pristine condition of your villa.
