During your stay at our villa, you will have full access to all the amenities and spaces within the property. This includes:
– The entire villa, including all bedrooms, living areas, and bathrooms.
– The private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and taking a refreshing dip.
– The fully furnished kitchen, equipped with a fridge, oven, hood, electric hob, and gas hob.
– A washing machine for your laundry needs.

Enhanced Amenities for Your Comfort

To ensure your stay is both comfortable and convenient, we are pleased to offer the following enhanced amenities:

Electricity Usage: A deposit of THB 5,000 will be required in cash upon arrival. Electricity is charged at THB 7 per unit. Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay. Please note, we do not profit from this; all payments go directly to the government.

Extra Bed: To accommodate an additional guest, an extra bed can be provided at a cost of THB 1,000 per stay. This includes transportation and all bedding necessities.

Baby Cot: For our youngest guests, a comfortable cot is available for THB 500 per stay.

High Chair: High chairs are available for THB 200 per day to facilitate family dining.

Pushchairs: For ease of exploring, pushchairs can be rented for THB 300 per day.
