During your stay at our villa, you will have full access to all the amenities and spaces within the property. This includes:
– The entire villa, including all bedrooms, living areas, and bathrooms.
– The private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and taking a refreshing dip.
– The fully furnished kitchen, equipped with a fridge, oven, hood, electric hob, and gas hob.
– A washing machine for your laundry needs.

A 5,000 Thai baht security deposit will be collected at check in and will be refundable at check out.

Electricity will be charged at standard government rate of 6 baht per kilowatt. Please note that the cost per day will depend how much you use the air conditioners, if you only use at night the approximate cost will be around 300 baht per day, if using all day & night the cost will be around 500-600 baht per day.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we include complimentary cleaning services every 5 days. Should you require additional housekeeping, we offer full cleaning services for THB 1,500 and full cleaning with bed linen changes for THB 2,000.
